Having lived 100 feet from the Margaret Hotel from 1974 to 1980, with a view of the entire Manhattan Skyline, I found this historical media piece priceless in preserving history. SOURCE
Of course, this is not up to date. The Watchtower has been selling off much of its Brooklyn properties to get extra needed cash, and they are moving all their operations to upstate New York in phases. Much of the printing is now being done in Canada. As they are banned or restricted in more of the developing countries who are struggling with religious freedom, they seek ways to keep afloat by such moves. They can no longer sell their religious literature due to a sales tax issue they want to avoid, so income is reduced. Numbers in the U.S. are not growing much, so my guess is that the percentage of Witnesses will eventually drop in internet-savvy and free information societies, but will continue as a viable form of old-time huckster religion in other countries for some time to come.
This was my view from my room at 107 Columbia Heights, top floor, for 6 years.
