And the clouds fell into the sea...those GANGSTERS of ART...

and watched the night below... the dreamer and his dream.

All life was free and then was gone.

What a sad, sad song the morning brought anew as though tomorrow were today.
What can we say? The words don't linger long.
Beneath the cloak of hidden wonder in the tundra of our yesterdays I see the face of one who lingered.  A face in the cloud.
Her fingers touched the silent earth and flowers tumbled into view.
Our tears are dew and rainfall in the shimmering hush of goodbyes and adieu.
A thief of nothing.

The following were responses to the above question as asked by a member of the H2O message board.
Although I'm sure there was more than one reason, what would you say was the single biggest reason for your decision that you could no longer stay in the congregation? (what clicked?) What started the process for you? How long did it take? Just how hard was it?

Hey, I was born and raised a JW and my very first concepts of God and Jesus were molded by the organization.  For the first 22 years of my life I was a devout witnesses. It is the only thing I knew. At age 15 I was baptized at an assemly of around 1500 others.

Recently I was in a witnessing encounter with a couple of Jehovah's Witnesses who my mother-in-law invited over her house to speak with me. These ladies were totally prepared to speak their mind on topics such as the Trinity, hell, heaven, etc.. But what I showed up with was some copies of old WATCHTOWER publications containg their many false prophecies.

I watched all your Watchtower videos and enjoyed them very much. I would like to contribute my grain of sand by suggesting another subject for one of your videos. It is one that was very important to me as a witness and that I know is very important for others who would like to consider leaving the WTS. I refer to the trinity.

The following e-mail messages represent the entire response of the Jesus-Witnesses e-mail list regarding the question:  "I am REALLY INTERESTED in knowing how many of you feel that life is getting better for you nowadays, and not worse?"

I have a child with a man who was raised in a JW family, though he was not baptised. I've recently found out that the entire time he was with me he is a pathological liar living a double life and had a secret girlfriend, etc.

Reply to Terry's Life in Jehovah's Service by a JW

I read the information on your site.  It is sad.  It is sad that you publish information on Jehovah's Witnesses. You even title it, My Life in Jehovah's Service. But you know nothing about what it means to be one of Jehovah's Witnesses.  The fact that you use the phrase the "Governing Body of the Watchtower Society." Shows that you do not know anything.  There is no such thing.  There is a governing body of Jehovah's Witnesses, and the Watchtower Society. But they are not the same.  Because you like many others of your view, worshipped the Governing body,  you fell to the state where you are.  So you should get your information from people, like me, who know.
